Fermain bay

While watching landscape artist of the year 2022 on sky arts, I wanted to give doing a landscape a go as it not something I do very often. I looked through my holiday photos from 2019 and picked out a picture my sister took at Fermain Bay in Guernsey. In the scene, we see lots of sea and sand. There is also a nice looking yacht and in the middle of the scene is me and my parents having a paddle in the sea. The water wasn't very warm but when on holiday you have to brave the cold waters at least once. I really enjoyed doing this piece and I think it turned out great. The sky and the sea definitely want very well. Landscapes are something I've never been too confident at but I think I'm getting better with each little go at one. I might try a greener for mountainy scene next time.

Hello all, today this is an exciting post for me as I am launching my own and very first draw this in your style challenge. a very merry christmas pudding

Recently ive been in a little bit of a creative dip in when I am not doing work for university which made me a bit sad. my university work on the other hand is going really well (thankfully!!).

This drawing to help me get out of my dip is of a Christmas pudding based on a sketch I made last year and made it digital.

this drawing is inspired by a piece i did for univeristy. the orignal piece was inspired by a song by the wombats and had some lyrics on. as i really like the idea of the piece, i wanted to remake it without the lyrics and do it only 1 colour. i think this turned out very well.

This is a short video I made on after effects. I drew out the same picture 3 times and scanned them in and looped the images to make this.
