let's get in the Christmas spirit

For my Christmassy designs this year, I wanted to try out lots of different styles and textures. This bold style is one im always drawn to when I see them around and wanted to try it out. How do you think it turned out? It might be harder to get in the Christmas spirit this year but there's nothing a bit of bubbly can't solve hahaha!!!

Rainbow zebra

 

Another fun and colourful animal to add to my rainbow zoo. This time is a cute little zebra.

tortoise

This one is on the same lines of the previous duck but this time its a tortoise. I love working with so much colour and find it so much fun. With inktober coming up, I'm going to struggle using a lot less colour for a month so I'll use lots of colour until then I guess. 

little duckies

I started by creating a load of colourful shapes when bored and started rearranging them and they turned into ducks so I ran with that. I liked this random shape duck and will create more animals using a similar technique. I hope you enjoy this and this type of thing as its a technique I want to expand and develop a little further. 

lemons

To kick off summer, I wanted to draw something fun and colourful so I drew some lemons. Lemons make me feel so happy and refreshed. Lemon is one of my favourite flavours and lemonade is one of my favourite draws no matter what type of lemonade it is, whether it's still or sparkling or cloudy or clear. It's all tasty and yummy and refreshing.

80s inspired patterns

These patterns are fun brightly coloured geometric designs I drew in my sketchbook for fun and I loved how they turned out so I remade them on Autodesk sketchbook and loved then even more. They are inspired by the retro vibes of the 80s. I really like drawing patterns and find it so enjoyable especially on my tablet where I can repeat the shapes and ideas more. I hope you like these patterns and I plan to create more. Like all my digital work, I have put them on the redbubble and they look so fab especially since I can do repeat patterning on there so a full repeat on products looks so funky and colourful. :) xxx
